YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
How to Register
AYSO/Blue Sombrero Registration Process:
- Access the NEW registration portal thru www.Region71.org website.
- CLICK “REGISTER NOW”, in upper right corner.
- CREATE NEW ACCOUNT, by entering ALL PARENT INFORMATION. Everyone MUST create a NEW account to get started.
- ENTER PARTICIPANT information for EACH player you want to register.
- SELECT “FALL SOCCER 2021” program. SELECT your appropriate age division. VIP is reserved for players with special needs.
- Be sure to SELECT “E-Sign” or it will not allow you to continue registering your player(s).
- When registration information completed, it will appear in your CART. If you are registering more than 1 player, you will need to CLICK “ADD ANOTHER PARTICIPANT” in lower right corner.
- An additional item will appear in your CART for AYSO Membership Fees for $20.00 (which includes athlete’s accident insurance, yearly membership card, PLAYSOCCER magazine, etc). This fee is non-refundable. This fee does not go to Region 71.
- There is also a service fee of $2.75 that is non-refundable. This fee does not go to Region 71.
- ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLY.
* NEW PLAYERS MUST submit proof of age in order to be placed on a team. Proof of age is either a birth certificate or passport. An image of the document can be uploaded to our secure site when entering the player information. Look under MyAccount- Participant - Click Drop down menu (...) - Edit Registration Info - See UPLOAD BIRTH CERTIFICATE button under DOB.

Refunds
The AYSO Membership Fee is not refundable. Prior to August 1st refunds will be less the $20.00 (processing fee).
Requests made between August 1st and August 26th will be less $40 (processing fee & uniform)
Request made after September 10th will be deducted the above $40 plus $10 for each game played, not to exceed $140.
Waitlisted players will receive a full refund if not placed on a team.

2) Create Account;
3) Following the instructions for online registration;
4) Pay online;
5) By mail or at an in-person Registration event turn in:
- Copy of the completed registration application with a
- Copy of your child's birth certificate or passport so that we can verify birthdate.
- Check if not paying online
6) A Ratings Evaluation is required for all players who did not play in Region 71 last year. New players are required to attend only one session.
